Marina Prousali Handmade Ceramics products are handmade ceramics produced on a small scale.

5. Prices & Availability

Product prices displayed in the eShop are stated in euros (€) and include VAT as required by applicable law, unless otherwise indicated.

Marina Prousali Handmade Ceramics reserves the right to change product prices. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately during checkout, where applicable.

Product availability may change. If, after an order has been placed, a product is found to be unavailable, the customer will be informed and an appropriate arrangement will be made.

6. Orders

Placing an order through the eShop requires the customer to provide the necessary information and complete the ordering process.

Once the order has been submitted, the customer receives confirmation using the contact details they have provided.

Marina Prousali Handmade Ceramics reserves the right not to accept or to cancel an order in the event of an objective issue, such as product unavailability, an obvious pricing error or inability to complete the transaction. In such cases, the customer will be informed and any amount already paid will be refunded.

B2B and professional orders are placed through direct communication with Marina Prousali Handmade Ceramics.

A 30% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm a wholesale order.

Where a balance remains due, it must be paid two business days before the scheduled dispatch date.

Retail orders placed through the eShop are shipped within Greece and to the international destinations available at checkout. B2B and professional orders may be shipped within Greece and internationally, following direct communication.
